Welcome—I’m glad you’re here. I’m Leslie, a lifelong learner with a deep curiosity about both our inner and outer worlds. My work is grounded in presence, careful listening, and creating a steady, respectful space for what matters most to you. When we’re in session, you have my full attention.

You are my priority in our time together. I honor your name and pronouns (mine are she/her). If inclusive, client-centered care doesn’t resonate with you, we may not be the right fit—and that clarity is helpful.

My approach to Reiki, energy healing, and liberation coaching is shaped by lived experience with anxiety, burnout, and nervous system overwhelm. I value safety, trust, and pacing. This is collaborative work: I bring training and tools; you bring your lived wisdom. Together, we build what truly supports you.

Over the past 15 years, I’ve trained as a Certified Crystal Healer, Sound Healer, Reiki Master, Shamanic and Soul Restoration Practitioner, and Liberation Coach. These modalities now weave into a trauma-aware approach that supports regulation, spiritual connection, and meaningful change.

I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to walk alongside you as you create a life with more clarity, agency, and satisfaction.
